Xiaomi, in an exclusive interaction with Gadgets360, revealed that it will soon launch a smartphone in the Rs 50,000 price segment in India. Soon after, the company officially confirmed that it will be launching the new series in the country via its official Twitter handle.
The 25-second video suggests that the brand will soon introduce an all-new Civi series in the country. The video posted by Xiaomi starts the same way, but the hydraulic press breaks during the downward movement and we see the text Cinematic Vision on the screen. The ad nailed Apple’s advertising by portraying that creativity cannot be stifled.
Expected Xiaomi Civi Phone Price in India
Anuj Sharma, Xiaomi’s India Marketing Director, recently confirmed to Gadgets360 that the company is planning to launch a new smartphone under Rs 50,000. The new smartphone will help the brand consolidate its presence in this price segment.
Sharma also said that the upcoming smartphone will be an excellent all-round device. So, we can expect the upcoming Xiaomi Civi smartphone to be priced around Rs 50,000 only. Interestingly, the upcoming smartphone will face some competition from OnePlus 12R, Samsung Galaxy S23 FE, iQoo 12 and others.
Xiaomi Civi series expected launch date
At the time of writing, little is known about the launch date of the upcoming Xiaomi Civi smartphone. However, we can expect the launch to take place in June or early July 2024.

The smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor, as well as up to 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512 GB of UFS 4.0 memory.
The phone also has a Leica triple rear camera. The phone has a 50-megapixel main sensor with a Leica Optics Summilux lens and OIS support, a 50-megapixel portrait sensor and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens. On the front, the phone is equipped with a dual camera setup with two 32-megapixel cameras. Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro is equipped with a 4700 mAh battery and supports 67 W fast charging.
