The listing includes the model number and a few specs of the upcoming phone. The Vivo X Fold 4 seems to come with a bigger battery than the Vivo X Fold 3. The Vivo X Fold 4 is expected to run on Android 15. It may run on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset.
91Mobiles has spotted a new Vivo phone with model number V2429 listed on TENAA. The report claims that this model number is related to the unannounced Vivo X Fold 4. The listing indicates that the device has a 6,365mAh battery, which is likely to be sold as a 6,500mAh battery. If this turns out to be true, it will be a significant upgrade over the Vivo X Fold 3’s 5,500mAh battery.
According to the listing, the Vivo X Fold 4 will have support for two 5G SIM cards and satellite navigation (GLONASS). It is reported to run on Android 15.
Vivo has not yet announced any details about the Vivo X Fold 4. The Chinese tech brand launched the Vivo X Fold 2 and Vivo X Fold 3 in their country in April first week and March last week respectively, so we can expect the new model to arrive around at the same time in 2025. It is likely to run on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset.

The Vivo X Fold 3 has arrived with a starting price of RMB 6,999 (roughly Rs. 80,000) for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant. It has an 8.03-inch primary 2K AMOLED display and a 6.53-inch AMOLED screen. It boasts a triple-camera setup on the back, comprising a 50-megapixel bionic VCS primary camera. It supports 32-megapixel selfies on both the internal and external screens. It has the IPX4 standard.
