The Honor X60 series will be launched in China next week, the company has confirmed. However, Honor did not provide any other details about the phones. Variants, their design and specifications of the phones have not yet been revealed. Meanwhile, rumors about the future line-up appeared on the network. The vanilla Honor X60 is expected to be the successor to the Honor X50, which was launched in China in July 2023.

According to Honor’s official announcement on Weibo, the Honor X60 series will be launched in China on October 16. The company has not yet confirmed the number of phones expected in the lineup. We may learn more about the series in the coming days before launch.

Features of Honor X60 (expected)

According to a Weibo leak, the base Honor X60 could get a 6.8-inch Full HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The leak shows the “About” page of the alleged smartphone. The phone looks with thin bezels and a centered hole at the top.

According to the leak, the Honor X60 could be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7025 processor paired with 12GB of RAM. The phone will reportedly support an additional 12GB of virtual RAM expansion and 256GB of built-in storage. It is likely to ship with MagicOS 8 based on Android 14.

In terms of optics, the Honor X60 may feature a 108-megapixel primary camera sensor with f/1.75 aperture. The front camera will probably be equipped with an 8-megapixel sensor with an aperture of f/2.0. This is similar to the camera settings on the Honor X50.

The battery and charging details of the Honor X60 are likely to remain unchanged from the previous model. It may house a 5,800mAh battery with support for 35W wired fast charging. The upcoming phone may be 8mm thick and weigh 189g.
