The screen is said to be made using the Samsung M11 OLED materials, which Apple also used for its iPhone 14 model, which came out in 2022.
It will also be Apple’s first smartphone since the iPhone 14 with a notch on the display — all four models in the iPhone 15 and iPhone 16 lineup feature Apple’s Dynamic Island system, which was introduced on the iPhone 14 Pro. The iPhone SE 4 will also be the first in this lineup to ditch the Home button and replace Touch ID with Face ID support.
