TCS Launches Generative AI Aggregation Platform WisdomNext for Enterprises

TCS (Tata Consultancy Services), a multinational IT services company, has launched WisdomNext, a generative artificial intelligence (AI) harvesting platform for enterprises. The IT giant’s latest AI platform is designed to enable companies to experiment with different generative AI platforms used to improve adoption, optimize costs and expand the use of Large Language Models (LLM). The company points out that the platform will help break down barriers that prevent companies from using artificial intelligence at scale. Namely, the platform was released under the business unit TCS AI.Cloud.

TCS introduces the WisdomNext AI platform

In a news post, TCS cited its AI for Business study and noted that while business executives have a positive attitude toward generative AI solutions, many lack certainty about creating a plan for their effective adoption. It added that the WisdomNext platform aims to solve this challenge for enterprises by offering a way to run experiments with open source AI models and get real-time assessments and suggestions on how to do it more efficiently.

With the WisdomNext platform, TCS clients will be able to conduct real-time experiments on vendor-based platforms, in-house as well as open source LLMs to find what works best for them. The AI aggregation platform will not only help companies choose the right AI models, but also help simplify the design of business solutions using AI tools. Furthermore, to reduce costs, it also allows customers to reuse already existing components, the IT giant said.

In terms of features, the WisdomNext aggregation platform comes with intelligent valuation bots. The company claims it can enable businesses to benchmark all the generative AI models and related technologies they use and offer actionable insights to make operations more efficient.

The platform’s native analytics will also offer cost optimization suggestions. It will also offer best practices to ensure compliance with local regulations by using built-in firewalls for centralized management. TCS also claimed that the platform offers a personalized experience to businesses and offers portability across cloud platforms and generative AI ecosystems.

TCS’s latest offering is part of the company’s AI.Cloud business unit. Prior to launch, the company tested WisdomNext with several clients. Without naming the companies, it claims the AI aggregator platform helped the US advertising firm build a sales acceleration system with real-time inventory availability and map-integrated offer generation. It also claimed to improve the productivity and efficiency of a US-based insurance provider and improve customer experience through a smart mortgage assistant for a UK bank. TCS AI WisdomNext is available to companies worldwide.
