Launched Synthesia 2.0 for enterprises

In a blog post, the AI company introduced the AI platform and showcased its features. The Synthesia 2.0 platform has two types of personal AI avatars, an AI Video Assistant, an AI Screen Recorder and an interactive video player that can be personalized according to brand preferences. The platform’s AI avatars are trained on Express-1’s internal AI model.

The two AI avatars include the Expressive AI avatar and the Custom AI avatar. Express AI Avatars are digital avatars that appear in studio-quality videos captured by high-definition cameras from various angles. Avatars are expressive, show personality and can use hand and head movements in the video.

Additionally, the custom avatar can be accessed using the user’s webcam or phone. These avatars appear against a natural background, allowing businesses to create quick videos for small use cases. Synthesia says even custom AI avatars will offer lip sync, natural voice and be able to replicate the user’s voice in more than 30 languages.

AI Video Assistant is also introduced within the platform. This feature can be used by businesses when they want to get a video template quickly. Users can choose from more than 200 free video templates, add a video script, upload a document or link where the video will be made, and generate the video.

Users can customize the tone of voice, video length, and audience. This feature will be available next month. Additionally, users will also be able to add branding elements to videos such as typography, colors and logos. This will help businesses get a consistent look and feel across all videos.

Another feature that businesses will be able to access is the AI Screen Recorder. When users want to include screen-captured content in their videos. This feature will eliminate the need to edit the recording, match the voice track or add effects. Users can easily add footage to the feature, and it can instantly add it to the video while allowing users to edit it.

Furthermore, editing of the entire video can also be done after the sketch is generated. Users can edit the script, shorten the video and add their own avatar and voice for a personal touch.

Finally, video playback is also improved using AI in the Synthesia 2.0 platform. On launch, users can set it to automatically play in the viewer’s language. Later this year, the company plans to introduce interactive features such as clickable hotspots, embedded forms, quizzes and personalized call-to-action buttons. Furthermore, an automatic translation feature has been added that can automatically translate the video into any language the company prefers.
