Samsung looks set to launch several new Galaxy products next month at the rumored Galaxy Unpacked event. The Galaxy Z Fold 6, Galaxy Z Flip 6, and Galaxy Ring are all expected to go official alongside several new headphones and earphones. Over the past few months, we’ve heard several rumors about another model in the series of foldable, book-style devices – the Galaxy Z Fold 6 Slim – and now one of the reports has revealed the model’s estimated launch schedule. It is also expected to launch in China as the Samsung Galaxy W25.

Tipster Ice Universe on X (formerly Twitter) claimed that the Galaxy Z Fold 6 Slim will be released in October, a few months after the expected launch of the Galaxy Z Fold 6. The phone will be launched in China under the Galaxy W25 moniker. to the leak
The post on X didn’t specify if this graphic is for the Chinese market or other global regions. The upcoming foldable phone is said to be lighter, thinner and larger than the standard Galaxy Z Fold 6, and may have a titanium frame but no S Pen support.
Last month, Display Supply Chain Consultants (DSCC) co-founder and CEO Ross Young suggested that the Galaxy Z Fold 6 Slim will be bigger than the Galaxy Z Fold 6. He hinted that it will be launched in the fourth quarter (October-December). this year and will likely have the same price as the standard model.

Samsung’s Galaxy Unpacked event is rumored to take place on July 10, and the Galaxy Z Fold 6, Galaxy Z Flip 6, and Galaxy Ring are expected to go official during the event. The Galaxy Z Fold 6 is expected to have a titanium frame, a 7.6-inch internal screen and a 6.3-inch cover. It can run on Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM. It is said to be available in 256GB, 512GB and 1TB storage variants.
Samsung is expected to equip the Galaxy Z Fold 6 with a triple rear camera setup that includes a 50-megapixel wide-angle camera, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 10-megapixel telephoto camera. It is said to get a 10-megapixel camera on the display lid and a 4-megapixel camera under the display. It may have a 4400mAh battery with 25W charging speed.
