The Realme GT 6 has been confirmed to launch worldwide on June 20. The global variant of the phone is expected to be a new version of the Realme GT Neo 6 that was launched in China in May. It is said to be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset. If this is indeed a modified badge, the phones will have similar specs. However, a report now suggests that China might get a more powerful variant of the Realme GT 6 with improved hardware.
Realme GT 6 China Variant Specifications (Expected)
The Realme GT 6 is said to be launched in China with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, GizmoChina reports (citing Weibo user Experience More’s post). It is currently the most powerful Qualcomm chipset that most brands prefer for their flagship phones.
According to the report, the Realme GT 6 will sport a 6.78-inch BOE S1 flat OLED display with a 1.5K resolution. The phone is also said to have a metal middle bezel. It is tipped to get a 50MP primary rear sensor and a 6,000mAh battery with support for 100W wired fast charging.
Earlier reports suggested that the global variant of the Realme GT 6 could get the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, which has become a popular mid-range processor for smartphone brands.
