The Oppo A3 Pro was launched in India on Friday. The Indian variant of the smartphone is noticeably different from the version introduced in China in April. Phones differ both in design and characteristics. The most noticeable difference is the rear camera module. While the Indian model has a rectangular, pill-shaped camera island, the China-launched phone has a round module. The Indian variant of the Oppo A3 Pro packs a 50-megapixel dual rear camera and MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset.

Oppo A3 Pro price in India starts at Rs. 17,999 for the 8GB + 128GB variant, while the 8GB + 256GB variant costs Rs. 19,999.The company has confirmed that the phone will be available for purchase in the country from today via Oppo India online store, Amazon, Flipkart and also select offline retailers.
Oppo also confirmed that users of HDFC Bank, SBI Cards, IDFC First Bank, Yes Bank and ICICI Bank can get up to 10 percent instant discounts on debit and credit card transactions. Customers can also avail zero down payment and no EMI payment options. All offers are subject to unspecified conditions.
Oppo A3 Pro is offered in two color options – Moonlight Purple and Starry Black.

The Oppo A3 Pro has a 6.67-inch screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, a touch response rate of 180 Hz and a maximum brightness level of 1000 nits. The phone also comes with a Splash Touch feature that allows people to use the phone even with wet hands.
In India, the Oppo A3 Pro is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 5G SoC paired with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of inbuilt storage. RAM can be virtually expanded up to 16 GB. The phone ships with ColorOS 14 based on Android 14.
In terms of optics, the Oppo A3 Pro has received a dual rear camera that includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor. The front camera has an 8-megapixel sensor. The phone also comes with several AI-enabled features such as AI LinkBoost, which is said to increase network stability. Another such feature is the AI Eraser, which helps remove unnecessary objects from a given image.
The Oppo A3 Pro packs a 5,100mAh battery with support for 45W SuperVOOC wired charging. The phone has an IP54 dust and splash rating, as well as SGS Drop Resistance and SGS Military Standard certifications. The smartphone has a thickness of 7.68 mm and a weight of 186 g.
