Nothing – the Carl Pei-led smartphone company – recently revealed an upcoming product on social media that is believed to be its next smartphone. Now, a tipster suggests that this could be the first-ever smartphone from its CMF sub-brand instead of the Nothing Phone 3. The British startup recently unveiled a new variant of its non-flagship Phone 2a, followed by another smartphone under its X tag. According to claims, it could be CMF Phone 1 with model number A015 and information about its specifications.
CMF Phone 1 leaked
According to X’s post from tipster @Technerd_9, the CMF Phone 1 will have a plastic frame and could have a polycarbonate or vegan leather back panel. It will reportedly sport a 6.7-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Although the bezels are said to be the same, it is speculated that they could be thicker.
The leaker also claims that it could be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7200 SoC paired with 6GB of RAM. The CMF Phone 1 is rumored to be available in two storage options: 128GB and 256GB, both UFS 2.2. It will also be expandable with a microSD card.
