Oppo is allegedly working on a new smartphone. The Oppo phone has been spotted on a Chinese certification site, indicating its imminent launch. The listing shows some of the key expected specs and reveals the design of the smartphone. Although the phone’s moniker has not yet been officially announced, it is speculated to be the Oppo A5 Pro. It could be the successor to the Oppo A3 Pro, which was launched in China in April 2024, with a MediaTek Dimensity 7050 SoC, an IP69-rated build and a 64-megapixel dual rear camera.

Oppo A5 Pro TENAA List

An Oppo smartphone with the model number PKP110 has been listed on the Chinese website TENAA. It is believed to be the Oppo A5 Pro. The design of the phone was revealed in the listing. It shows the phone with a flat display, rounded corners and a circular, centered rear camera module in purple.

According to the listing, the phone could feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ (1080 x 2412) resolution. It is expected to run on Android 15 ColorOS 15. The phone is said to be powered by an Octa-core chipset and is expected to be available in 8GB and 12GB RAM variants paired with 256GB and 512GB storage options.

In the camera department, the Oppo A5 Pro is expected to get a dual rear camera setup including a 50-megapixel primary sensor along with a 5-megapixel secondary sensor. The front-facing camera will likely use a 16-megapixel sensor.

The listing suggests that the Oppo A5 Pro could get a 5,840mAh battery, which could be sold as a typical 6,000mAh capacity. It is indicated that it supports Bluetooth and USB connections.
