Apple is expected to release the iPhone SE 4 in the first half of 2025. The alleged fourth-generation smartphone is believed to be the successor to the iPhone SE (2022) and is likely to sport a new design in line with Apple’s recent. models like the iPhone 14. According to analysts, production of the iPhone SE 4 should begin by the end of 2024 before debuting next year.

TF International Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo suggested in a blog post that Apple’s suppliers will begin mass production of the iPhone SE 4 in December. The Cupertino-based tech giant estimates production of approximately 8.6 million units of the fourth-generation iPhone SE between December 2024 and the end of the first quarter (Q1) of 2025.
Earlier, Kuo emphasized that Apple plans to release the iPhone SE 4 in the 1st quarter of 2025, which is in line with recent information about its mass production. The development confirms a recent statement by Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, who suggested that Apple is nearing production of an updated iPhone SE model codenamed V59.
Once launched, it is believed to be the most affordable non-flagship iPhone offered by Apple.
