The leaked promotional materials suggest three color options for the phone. The Itel S25 Ultra 4G has a triple rear camera and a punch hole display. It is said to have a Unisoc T620 SoC under the hood, along with up to 8GB of RAM. The Itel S25 Ultra 4G is tipped to pack a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.

Tipster Paras Guglani ( @passionategeekz ) has posted alleged marketing materials and renders of the Itel S25 Ultra that reveal its specs and design. The insider claims that the 4G phone will cost less than Rs. 15,000 in India or around $160 (roughly Rs. 13,500) in other markets.

The renders show the Itel S25 Ultra in black, blue and titanium colors with a perforated display design. It appears to have a triple rear camera setup located at the top left corner of the phone. The location of the sensors is identical to the settings of the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra camera.
