The iQOO 13 is expected to go official in the next few weeks. While iQOO is yet to announce an exact launch date, a tipster revealed the possible specs of the iQOO 12 successor on Weibo. The iQOO 13 is said to be IP68 dust and water resistant. A new rumor reiterates that it will be equipped with an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor for authentication. The iQOO 13 is expected to be joined by the iQOO 13 Pro.

Chinese tipster Experience More on Weibo claimed that the iQOO 13 will support 100W PPS (Programmable Power Supply) fast charging and PD (Power Delivery) charging like the Vivo X100 series. This would be a downgrade to the iQOO 12’s 120W charging support. It was previously reported that the phone will launch with the same charging speed as its predecessor.

The iQOO 13 is said to come with a USB Type-C to USB Type-C cable and likely includes a charger. It is expected to include an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and a punch-hole display. The display is said to be a “better panel than the BOE X2 Oriental’s screen”.

In addition, the iQOO 13 is expected to get an updated USB 3.0 port. It is said to be IP68 rated and may be less than 8.1mm in size.

iQOO 13 Specifications (Expected)

The iQOO 13 is rumored to boast a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. It can run on a Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. The phone may get a triple primary camera setup led by a 50MP primary camera along with a 50MP ultra-wide sensor and a 50MP 2x telephoto camera. It may have a 32-megapixel front-facing camera.

iQOO may include a new heat-dissipating architecture with a single-layer motherboard for temperature management in the upcoming iQOO 13. It may include an in-house developed Q2 gaming chip. It is expected to have a 6150 mAh battery.
