The iQOO 13 is scheduled to launch in China on October 30. So far, the company has teased the phone’s design and color options. Details regarding the display have also been confirmed. iQOO has also released AnTuTu benchmark data for the device. It is confirmed to run on the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC paired with its own Q2 gaming chipset. The phone’s battery and charging details have also been revealed. Now the informant named the expected price of the smartphone and hinted at additional functions.
iQOO 13 price (expected)
The iQOO 13 will start at RMB 3,999 (roughly Rs. 47,200) for the 12GB + 256GB variant, according to a now-redacted Weibo post by tipster Digital Chat Station. An earlier claim by the same whistleblower suggested that the iQOO 13 will be more expensive than the previous iQOO 12. However, a new leak suggests that the expected price of the upcoming phone will be the same as the initial price of the iQOO 12.
Features of iQOO 13 (expected)
In another post on Weibo, the speaker suggests that the iQOO 13 will have a 6.78-inch screen and support a 100W PPS+ direct drive power supply. The phone is also expected to support LPDDR5X RAM and the 1016H Super Engine.
The company previously said that the iQOO 13 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC paired with the Q2 gaming chipset. It will be backed by a 6150mAh battery with 120W wired fast charging.
The phone will have a Q10 8T LTPO OLED display with 2K resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, 1800 nits HBM brightness, 510 ppi pixel density and HDR10+ support. The screen for the phone was developed together with BOE.
The iQOO 13 display will also have TÜV Rheinland certification. The smartphone will be available in four colors — black, green, gray and white. Notably, the phone will also be launched in India soon, but the date is yet to be announced.
