The CMF Phone 1, the first-ever smartphone from the Nothing sub-brand, will be released on July 8, the company announced via a social media post on Tuesday. The next Community Update event is scheduled for July 8, where along with the CMF Phone 1, the Karl Pei-led tech startup will also unveil two other offerings – the CMF Buds Pro 2 and the CMF Watch Pro 2. These devices join the CMF Phone 1 to form an ecosystem of devices that offered by the company.
CMF Phone 1, Buds Pro 2 and Watch Pro 2 launch date
In a post on X (formerly Twitter), the official CMF account revealed that the CMF Buds Pro 2 and CMF Watch Pro 2 will join the Phone 1 in the list of devices that will be released soon. The launch is scheduled for an upcoming Nothing community update on July 8 at 10:00 AM KST (2:30 PM ET).

The development comes days after a leak hinting at various specifications of the CMF Phone 1. Also, the CMF Watch Pro 2 has reportedly been spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) website, hinting at an imminent launch in the country.
While no specifications have been revealed for any of the aforementioned devices, Nothing has teased a common design element shared by all three – a rotating dial.
CMF Phone 1 specifications and price (rumored)
The CMF Phone 1 is expected to sport a 6.7-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is said to sport a 50MP dual rear camera setup and a 50MP front-facing selfie camera when it comes to optics.
According to a recent leak, the CMF Phone 1 could be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC. It is said to be an octa-core chipset with four cores clocked at 2.5GHz and four more clocked at 2.0GHz. Another tipster using Technerd_9 claims that the smartphone could be offered in two UFS 2.2 storage options: 128GB and 256GB. The phone may have a 5000mAh battery and support fast charging up to 33W (wired).
Meanwhile, another whistleblower suggested that the CMF Phone 1 could be priced at Rs. 19,999. However, its actual price may be slightly lower than the amount mentioned on the box, it is speculated.
