CMF Phone 1 Box India Price Leaked Ahead of This Year’s Launch: Details

The CMF Phone 1 price in India was leaked on social media by a whistleblower on Monday (June 10). According to the claims, the box price of the smartphone is around Rs. 20,000 marks. The upcoming smartphone from Nothing’s CMF sub-brand was officially confirmed by the company on June 6, but the launch date was not revealed. This development came amid another leak that hinted at information about the smartphone’s chipset, as well as the possibility of memory expansion.

CMF 1 Box phone price leaked

According to a post on X (formerly Twitter) by tipster Yogesh Brar, the box price of the base CMF Phone 1 could be Rs. 19,999. However, another report suggests that the actual price may be a little lower than what is allegedly mentioned on the box. Without discounts, it can reportedly retail for Rs. 18,000, while discounts could bring its price down to Rs. 17,000.

If the rumors are true, this will make the CMF Phone 1 the cheapest smartphone offered in India by the Carl Pei-led startup, undercutting the Nothing Phone 2a by around Rs. 4000.

A microsite for the upcoming smartphone launch is already live on Flipkart, though it doesn’t go into any specifics like its specifications or pricing.

CMF Phone 1 Specifications (Expected)

According to reports from Gadget Bits on X, the CMF Phone 1 is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC, an octa-core processor consisting of four cores clocked at 2.5GHz and another four cores clocked at 2.0GHz. Tipster Technerd_9 claims that it could be offered in two UFS 2.2 storage options: 128GB and 256GB.

It is also expected to have a 6.7-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. In terms of optics, the phone is expected to feature a dual-camera system with a 50-megapixel primary camera and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera. It may also sport a 50-megapixel front-facing selfie camera.

According to the leaks, the CMF Phone 1 could have a 5,000mAh battery with support for wired fast charging up to 33W.
