Realme 13 Pro+, Realme GT 6 are said to be in development; Specifications

Realme GT Neo 6 and Realme GT Neo 6 SE were recently launched in China. The former is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor, while the latter has a Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 processor under the hood. Now, a new leak from China suggests that two more Realme smartphones are in the works and could be launched soon. Realme will reportedly launch new models in its numbered series and GT series. The former may have a 50-megapixel telephoto sensor.

Tipster Digital Chat Station (translated from Chinese) on Weibo claimed that new phones from the Realme and GT series numbers will soon appear in the Chinese market. The former may debut as a mid-range model with a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera. The latter could become a flagship offering with the latest generation high-density silicon anode battery and 100W fast charging. These could be Realme 13 Pro+ and Realme GT 6.

Realme 13 Pro+ and Realme 13 Pro are expected to launch in China in June. The Realme GT 6, the flagship offering from the brand, is rumored to launch in July. It is likely to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. It is also reported that the brand will introduce the Realme GT 6 Pro by the end of 2024. It could be one of the first phones to get the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chip.

The Realme 13 Pro+ and Realme 13 Pro are expected to be the successors to the Realme 12 Pro+ and Realme 12 Pro, which were launched in January this year. The phones are equipped with 5000mAh batteries with support for 67W SuperVOOC charging and three main cameras on a 50-megapixel main sensor. Realme 12 Pro+ 5G is powered by Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC, while Realme 12 Pro 5G is powered by Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC.

Realme has yet to confirm the arrival of the new phones. Therefore, it is recommended to take all these details with a pinch of salt.
