The Motorola Razr 50 and Motorola Razr 50 Ultra are said to be in development and are expected to launch in select markets, including the US and Canada, as the Razr (2024) and Razr+ (2024). Ahead of any official announcement, a purported TENAA listing for the Motorola Razr 50 has surfaced online with a live photo and some specs. The listing suggests a 3.6-inch flip display and a 6.9-inch internal screen on the Razr 50. It is likely to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7300X SoC.

TENAA has listed a new Motorola phone with model number XT2453-2. This model, which could be the Motorola Razr 50, is presented with a 3.6-inch OLED display with a resolution of 1066×1056 pixels and an internal 6.9-inch Full HD+ OLED screen (1080×2640 pixels) with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. It is also said to come with 8GB, 12GB, and 16GB of RAM, along with 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB of built-in storage. It is shown to pack an octa-core chipset with a peak frequency of 2.5GHz. This could be the unannounced MediaTek Dimensity 7300X SoC.
The photos from TENAA show the purple model of the Motorola Razr 50. It comes with a dual camera setup that includes a 50-megapixel primary camera and a 13-megapixel secondary camera. It appears to have a 32-megapixel selfie sensor on the foldable display. It may get a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. A 3,950 mAh battery is also listed. The dimensions of the phone are 171.3×73.9×7.2 mm and it weighs 188 grams.
The Motorola Razr 50 is expected to retail for $699 (roughly Rs. 58,000) in the US. It may be officially unveiled in June alongside the Motorola Razr 50 Ultra. It is believed to debut in some countries as the Motorola Razr 2024.
The Motorola Razr 50 will replace last year’s Motorola Razr 40. The latter is equipped with a 6.9-inch Full HD+ (1080×2640 pixels) folding pOLED display, a 1.5-inch additional screen and a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor with 12GB of memory.
