The Oppo Find X8 series will launch in India on November 21 with ColorOS 15

The Oppo Find X8 series was launched in China on October 24. Now the company has announced the launch date of the range in India. Oppo Find X8 and Oppo Find X8 Pro will be launched in India later this month. Availability details and key specifications of the phones have been confirmed. The Indian variants of the phone will be similar to the Chinese one. Apart from the Oppo Find X8 series, Oppo will also introduce ColorOS 15 based on Android 15 for the global market.

The Oppo Find X8 series, including the base variant and the Pro variants, will be launched globally at a launch event in Bali, Indonesia on November 21 at 10:30 am IST. Flipkart’s microsite suggests that eventually the phones will be available for purchase through the e-commerce site. Notably, the Oppo Find X8 and Oppo Find X8 Pro are currently available for pre-order in the country.

Meanwhile, Oppo’s ColorOS 15 based on Android 15 with built-in AI features will also be launched in global markets, including India, on November 21.

The global variant of the Oppo Find X8 with a 6.59-inch display will be 7.85 mm thick and weigh 193 g. It will be available in Star Gray and Space Black colors. The Pro variant will come with a 6.78-inch screen and come in Pearl White and Space Black colors.

The base Oppo Find X8 will ship globally with a 5,630mAh battery, while the Pro version will get a 5,910mAh cell. Both smartphones will be equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipsets and cameras with Hasselblad support.

On the optics front, the Oppo Find X8 packs a 50-megapixel Sony LTY-700 main sensor, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-600 periscope telephoto camera along with a 32-megapixel selfie camera. The Pro variant, along with the Sony LYT-600 ultra-wide shooter and sensor, has a 50-megapixel LYT-808 main sensor and a 50-megapixel Sony IMX858 periscope telephoto camera with 6x optical zoom.
