The Itel S25 series could be released in the near future, as details regarding the alleged lineup have surfaced online over the past few days. The series is expected to include the base Itel S25 and the S25 Ultra variant. A new report has released promotional posters for the Itel S25 Ultra, along with some hands-on images of the phone. The leaked materials reveal the main specifications of the phone and its possible price. Notably, the Itel S24 was launched in India in April this year.
Itel S25 Ultra Specifications, Design, Price
According to a report by Passionategeekz, the Itel S25 Ultra will feature a 3D curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The promotional poster published by the report says that the phone will have a 6.78-inch screen.
In terms of optics, the Itel S25 Ultra has a 50-megapixel triple rear camera along with two 2-megapixel sensors. It might get a 32-megapixel selfie shooter. The rear camera sensors are located vertically in the upper left corner in smaller circular holes. They are accompanied by an LED flash. The layout of the rear camera system resembles that of the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra.
Leaked Itel S25 Ultra hands-on images show the phone with Dynamic Island. At the top of the display is a central hole for the front camera sensor. According to the report, the thickness of the phone will be 6.9 mm, which is similar to the dimensions of the Infinix Hot 50 series of smartphones.
Itel S25 Ultra chipset details are still under wraps. The phone is expected to support 8GB of physical RAM along with an additional 8GB of virtual RAM and 256GB of inbuilt storage. It is expected to run on Android 14 out of the box. The phone is likely to be powered by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W wired charging.
The report adds that the Itel S25 Ultra is likely to be priced at IDR 20,00,000 (roughly Rs. 10,700) for the 8GB + 256GB variant. According to the leaked images, the phone will be available in at least two color options – blue and gray.
