It has reportedly been spotted alongside another feature that could allow users to create personalized stickers from user-supplied descriptions using artificial intelligence.

Based on the screenshot, WhatsApp users need to provide a query describing the image they want to generate on the new page named Create an AI profile picture. The AI Profile Photos feature then allegedly creates a custom photo that matches the description. The report speculates that this feature could help users avoid sharing their profile photos, reducing the risk of unauthorized use.
The feature is reportedly still under development and could be available in a future version of WhatsApp for Android. It’s just one of many new features the platform is reportedly working on, along with another that could allow users to enhance their messaging experience by using AI-powered stickers. On Tuesday, it was reported that the instant messaging platform is also working on a feature that could allow users to delete the number of unread messages.
However, it is important to note that not all features that are being tested make it to the public version of WhatsApp. Furthermore, the updates are rolled out gradually, which means that not everyone will receive them on their devices at the same time.
