The official Samsung Galaxy S25 lineup is expected to go official early next year. While we await the official launch announcement, the sizes of the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25 Plus and Galaxy S25 Ultra have surfaced online. The leak suggests that the upcoming phones will be slightly thinner than the Galaxy S24 counterparts. Additionally, aluminum mock-ups and images of alleged Galaxy S25 screen protectors have also surfaced online, hinting at thinner bezels.

Tipster Yeux1122 claimed that the Galaxy S25 will measure 146.94×70.46×7.25mm. For comparison, the Galaxy S24 measures 147×70.6×7.6mm. Meanwhile, the Galaxy S25+ is said to measure 158.44 x 75.79 x 7.35mm, slightly slimmer compared to the Galaxy S24+’s dimensions of 158.5 x 75.9 x 7.7mm.

Finally, the Galaxy S25 Ultra is said to measure 162.82×77.65×8.25mm, which is also slightly thinner than the Galaxy S24 Ultra, which measures 162.3x79x8.6mm.

Additionally, whistleblower David (@xleaks7) posted side-by-side comparison images of the alleged Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra aluminum mockups. The images show the Ultra model with rounded corners. They seem to have separate camera rings on the back.

Meanwhile, popular Ice Universe tipster @UniverseIce has posted images of alleged Galaxy S25 family screen protectors. Tempered glass screen protection provides thin bezels for flagships. They contain cutouts for the front camera. All three phones appear to feature flat displays.

Samsung is expected to announce the Galaxy S25 series in January 2025. The Ultra model is said to be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC, along with up to 16GB of RAM. All three models are likely to come with Galaxy AI features.
