The Motorola ThinkPhone 2025 could be unveiled in the near future as a render of the smartphone along with its key specifications has been leaked online. It is noted that Motorola will release a new ThinkPhone in the same RAM and storage configuration with a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC processor under the hood. The Motorola ThinkPhone may have a punch-hole display and a triple primary camera with a 50-megapixel main sensor. The Lenovo-owned company is also expected to pack a 4,310mAh battery on the phone with support for 68W fast charging.

The render and specifications of the yet-to-be-announced Motorola ThinkPhone 2025 have been shared by Android Headlines. The render shows a rugged black-hued phone with triple cameras on the back. The display features a center-aligned notch that houses the selfie camera.

Motorola’s ThinkPhone 2025 is expected to feature a 6.36-inch pOLED display with an adaptive refresh rate of up to 120Hz, a resolution of 1200x2x670 pixels and a pixel density of 460 ppi. That screen could make it more compact than the 2023 ThinkPhone, which has a 6.6-inch display with a 144Hz refresh rate.

According to the report, the Motorola ThinkPhone 2025 will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset. In comparison, the predecessor is powered by a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor. It is said to come in a single RAM and storage configuration with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256 GB of internal memory.

Like its predecessor, the Motorola ThinkPhone 2025 will reportedly have a triple primary camera setup that includes a 50-megapixel primary camera and a 13-megapixel ultra-wide sensor. Instead of a 2-megapixel depth sensor, the new model may have a 10-megapixel sensor with 3x optical zoom.

The Motorola ThinkPhone 2025 is reported to pack a 4,310mAh battery, which would be smaller compared to its predecessor’s 5,000mAh battery. The upcoming phone can support 68W fast charging with the included Turbo Power charger. It can measure 154.1×71.2×8.1 mm and weigh 171 grams.

Motorola’s ThinkPhone 2025 is said to feature Gorilla Glass 7i protection and an IP68-rated design for underwater protection. It may have MIL-STD-810H certification and a carbon fiber back.
