In a post on X (formerly Twitter), the company confirmed that the CMF Phone 1 will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 5G processor. This recently released octa-core chipset is claimed to have outperformed the Snapdragon 782G, Dimensity 7050 and Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipsets in the AnTuTu benchmark with a score of 673,000.
The Dimensity 7300 chipset is based on the 4-nanometer TSMC Gen 2 process and has four productive cores with a maximum clock frequency of 2.5 GHz. The presence of this chipset will bring Bluetooth 5.3, Wi-Fi 6 and dual 5G connectivity options on the upcoming phone. It will also support 4K video recording.
It is also confirmed that the CMF Phone 1 will get 8 GB of RAM. The built-in memory can be practically “expanded” up to 16 GB using the CMF RAM Booster technology, which uses unused memory on the phone.

The upcoming CMF Phone 1 is slated to launch on July 8 alongside the new CMF Buds Pro 2 and Watch Pro 2. The launch event will begin at 2:30 PM IST and the phone will be available for purchase via Flipkart. It has already been confirmed to feature a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with an adaptive refresh rate of 120Hz, HDR10+ support and a maximum brightness of 2000 nits.
According to previous leaks, the CMF Phone 1 will have a dual rear camera consisting of a 50-megapixel primary sensor. It might get a 16-megapixel selfie camera and an IP52-rated build. The price is expected to be less than Rs. 20,000.
