The Oppo Reno 12F 5G is expected to launch globally alongside the Oppo Reno 12 5G series on June 18. The alleged phone was previously spotted on several certification sites and some of the phone’s key specifications have surfaced online via a leak. Design renders of this rumored smartphone have now been released in a report that also suggests its price and key specifications. It is expected to be the successor to Oppo Reno 11F 5G which was launched in February this year.

According to a report by PassionateGeekz, the Oppo Reno 12F 5G is likely to go on sale in select markets from June 18 alongside the Oppo Reno 12 5G and Oppo Reno 12 Pro 5G. The phone is expected to be available in a single RAM and 8GB + 256GB storage configuration, which is likely to be priced at €329.99 (roughly Rs. 29,500).
The leaked design renders published in the report showed the alleged Oppo Reno 12F 5G in two color variants – Green and Orange. The phone appears to sport a round rear camera module that houses three camera sensors and a Halo Light unit. According to the report, the Halo Light feature can be configured to indicate game mode, charging status, message alerts, as well as incoming calls.

The Oppo Reno 12F 5G is expected to feature a 6.67-inch Full-HD+ AMOLED 2.5D display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, 600 nits peak brightness, 100 percent DCI-P3 color coverage, and protection AGC DT-Star 2.
According to the report, the Oppo Reno 12F 5G will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 Energy SoC paired with 512GB of UFS storage and 12GB of LPRRR4X RAM. The phone is said to be powered by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 45W SuperVOOC charging.
In terms of cameras, the Oppo Reno 12F 5G has a triple primary camera setup with a 50-megapixel OmniVision OVD50D main sensor along with an 8-megapixel IMX355 sensor paired with an ultra-wide lens and a 2-megapixel macro camera. The front camera is said to use a 32-megapixel sensor.
The report also adds that the Oppo Reno 12F 5G will come with several AI features such as AI Eraser that can help remove unwanted people or objects from photos. It will also have AI Smart Image Matting and AI Studio tools to help users create stickers and turn portraits into art. Meanwhile, the AI LinkBoost and AI BeaconLink features are said to optimize the phone’s connectivity, which will likely allow users to make SIM-free phone calls.
